Please be aware that instructions such as “Get copy from last fall’s invitation” are not acceptable. You must provide basic Who, What, When, and Where information for each event to the best of your ability.

Copy is likely to be used in three different lengths, outlined below.
You do not have to submit three different versions; just be aware that if you do not, Marketing will edit as needed.
Please enter a detailed schedule of the event including things like early VIP receptions, etc.
You do NOT need to provide a full run of show or otherwise internal information, just any scheduling that needs to be communicated to the public or, if needed for Guillaume to prepare the correct response form.
Please indicate if this event is free for members or has a cost associated for either members or the general public.
