Event Setup

This form will help Marketing more easily facilitate and track communication requests.

Please be aware that instructions such as “Get copy from last fall’s invitation” are not acceptable. You must provide basic Who, What, When, and Where information for each event to the best of your ability.

If there is information that will be forthcoming, please make a note of when it will be provided.

Copy is likely to be used in three different lengths, outlined below. 

You do not have to submit three different versions; just be aware that if you do not, Marketing will edit as needed.



For website and magazine listings.
Limit: 300-350 words
For signage and social media.
Limit: 150 words
One-sentence description for Enews.
Limit: 50 words

You do NOT need to provide a full run of show or otherwise internal information, just any scheduling that needs to be communicated to the public or, if needed for Guillaume to prepare the correct response form.
