CONTACT – Volunteer Application – Palm Springs Art Museum

THEATER SUPPORT: Assist theater patrons by ushering, checking tickets and distributing programs. Ability to stand 2-3 hours, read in dim lighting, operate scanners, and assisted listening devices required. (Weekday, weekend, and Evening available)

PSAM AMBASSADORS (Main Museum): Welcome each visitor as a valued guest as they enter the museum. Provide information about the museum layout, current exhibitions, and events. This requires direct interaction with guests. (Weekday, weekend, and Evening available)

PSAM ROVING AMBASSADORS (Main Museum): Provide a visible and watchful eye in the galleries, assisting visitors with questions about the museum, wayfinding, Traveling throughout the gallery engaging visitors. (Weekday, weekend, and Evening available)

A+D AMBASSADORS (Architecture and Design Center): Welcome each visitor as a valued guest as they enter the museum. Provide information about the museum layout, current exhibitions, and events. This requires direct interaction with guests. (Weekday, weekend, and Evening available)

MUSEUM STORE: Greet visitors, assist with merchandise questions, and help keep displays organized and inviting.

SPECIAL EVENTS: Welcome guests to events, check-in support, line management, wayfinding, and other special event needs for fundraisers, community, and education programs. (Weekday, weekend, and Evening available)
