Payment Information

Docent-led tours are $150 per docent (one docent per 20 guests) plus $15 admission per person.

Once your preferred date is confirmed, we'll collect the docent fee by credit card over the phone as a non-refundable deposit. One week before your tour, we'll collect payment for group admission. Please finalize your guest count by then, as it can't be changed afterward and all payments are non-refundable.

Discounted group tickets must be bought in a single transaction—they can't be split among individual guests or purchased on the day of your tour.

Due to high demand for docent-led tours, our late policy is strictly enforced: if you are over 15 minutes late to your requested start time, your tour will be cancelled without refund. Plan your visit accordingly to account for travel time.
